Digital Product Manager – Permanent – West London


Job Description: 


Our client are leaders in providing Travel Technology globally; they are looking for a Digital Product Manager (UX, Mobile, Web) to join their west London team. The products include (but are not limited to): Payment, Servicing, Disruption handling, Profile, Mandates.

We are looking for a talented Product Manager to join their digital product development team.

In this role the successful candidate will work closely with their development and product team to lead the evolution of the company, delivering product expertise in this ever faster evolving domain.

They are looking for someone who is motivated by emerging mobile technologies and has a passion to drive digital transformation. A real desire to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment is essential.


  • The successful candidate will work closely with both development counterparts and Product Marketing Managers to capture opportunities and analyse business requirements, design solutions and deliver innovative digital and web solutions.
  • Will collaborate with other teams across the group to ensure coherent user experience across various products and ensure best practice across Agile and interface design.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • University degree in IT or Business.
  • Proven experience overseeing full lifecycle digital products; from inception to sunset, with a strong understanding of web, mobile and apps.
  • Strong experience of Agile/Scrum methods, an Agile Product Owner certification (or similar) would be a plus.
  • Essential knowledge in Online Retail Industry: Shopping solutions and User Interfaces knowledge
  • Experienced in using analytics to drive Product decisions.
  • Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously.
  • Strong relationship building skills including the ability to relate constructively to all levels of the organization.
  • Strong listening and written and oral communication skills (Fluent in English).
