Great opportunity for an experienced Implementation Manager to join a leading brand in offering B2B Payment.
As a vital part of the team, the Implementation Manager will primarily be responsible for assuring that all new customers being onboarded using the APIs are tested against a specified set of certification test cases. The role involves working closely with our customers to ensure they follow test cases (often in real time phone calls) and validate the data as it reaches systems. The secondary function of the role is to develop UAT plans/scripts for testing new software developments internally after handover from tech and development teams. Some release management/planning may also be involved in this portion of the role.
You will need a background in software, integration and professional testing and a flair for customer service. You will be expected to escalate any issues in a clear and concise way following running test cases and to work closely with project and implementation managers to provide a slick and united face to clients technical and project management teams.
