Strategic Sales Manager - Spanish ref: J213

Job Description: 

Great opportunity for a Sales Manager (hunter) fluent in Spanish with travel technology or Airline sales background to join a fast expanding technology provider to the travel industry.

Based from London you will target travel companies in Spain, you will be responsible for developing new business relationships and opportunities across the Company's product portfolio. Key responsibilities and activities include:

  • Identifying business opportunities with new customers
  • Managing the sales process through the complete sales cycle from lead generation and initial
  • prospect contact through to successful closing and follow up sales activities
  • Effectively communicating market proposition; accurately interpreting clients’ needs; proposing suitable solutions and closing deals
  • Meeting with clients and partners to discuss requirements and present proposals as appropriate
  • Understanding the customer and their drivers and developing strong client relationships with a matrix of stakeholders within the organisation
  • Preparing high quality presentations and proposals for submission to clients in support of new business pitches and bid opportunities
  • Providing timely and accurate revenue forecasting and management information; and reporting on a regular basis as required
  • Working closely with the internal operations teams to optimise the sales process from the first customer contact and to ensure smooth delivery of client services in line with customer expectations

 

The ideal background:

  • Fluency in Spanish, plus English
  • Able to travel upto 50%
  • Solid new sales background (hunter)
  • Background in travel technology, Travel & Expense, Airline or B2B payment
  • Experience selling complex solutions
  • Experience of selling to mid to large-size organisations
  • Experienced in negotiating, and closing deals to meet and exceed targets
