Helpdesk Specialist ref: J135

Job Description: 

A great opportunity has come up for a Helpdesk Specialist to join a up and coming technology company who are experts in revenue software technology. Their systems are currently growing revenues in businesses in ten countries across four continents with new offices opening as they continue to expand. This exciting company are looking to recruit talented individuals into key roles to be part of their team and grow with them.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  •          Provide product technical expertise and business analysis to the Development Team
  •          Act as a liaison between network and product management/development
  •          Conduct meetings and presentations with clients to discuss development requests
  •          Assist product management/development with new feature design and testing
  •          Implement Beta installations, communicate with customers and provide 2nd line support
  •          Conduct internal training on new features and versions

 

Requirements

 

  •          A thorough understanding of Hospitality or Hotel industry at operational procedures
  •          Knowledge of MS SQL, Excel and report writer tools such as Crystal Reports would be useful
  •          Experience of installing and supporting software products
  •          Good communication skills
