We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales hunter to represent a fast-expanding UK-based B2B travel-tech company.

Our client is looking to add a new face to the team to work on United States opportunities. We are looking for someone who is independent and self-propelled but also keen to cooperate with management, technical, and operational colleagues to drive momentum, sell the right propositions, and make things real. The individual will report to the Chief Commercial Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify and engage with potential prospects in the US market, leveraging your prospecting skills and industry knowledge to build a robust sales pipeline.

  • Solution Selling: Understand and effectively communicate commercial proposition, tailoring it to meet the unique needs of each prospect. Creatively apply our modular travel technology stack to address client challenges and win new business.

  • Sales Process Management: Skillfully manage and drive the entire sales process, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for potential clients.

  • CRM Management: Diligently record and maintain accurate prospect and opportunity data within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data integrity and enabling effective sales forecasting.

  • Brand Ambassadorship: You will represent our client as a brand ambassador, attending industry events, networking, and actively promoting our innovative solutions and value proposition.

  • Collaboration: Support and contribute to marketing and product marketing efforts, providing valuable insights and feedback from the field to enhance our go-to-market strategies.

The ideal background:

  • Software as a Service (SaaS) Sales Experience: Proven track record in selling SaaS solutions, with a deep understanding of the software industry's sales cycles and customer needs.

  • Business Travel Knowledge: Basic knowledge of the business travel industry, including key players, challenges, and trends, enabling you to communicate the value of our solutions effectively.

  • Independent Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and manage your pipeline while effectively collaborating with a European-based management team across time zones.

  • Closing Skills: Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales processes and close deals efficiently, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Salesforce Proficiency: Proficient in using Salesforce CRM or similar customer relationship management tools, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.

  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Your strong communication and presentation abilities enable you to convey complex technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Analytical and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to identify client pain points and propose innovative solutions.
