Our client is a B2B travel company looking for a technology assistant to join them remotely. Ideally, looking for experience/skillset with Vertical Systems (VHob, VCRM and VTask) would be preferential, however at least a wide understanding of a variety of systems, including CRMs and financial front & back-office systems, along with some experience and interest in delivering virtual Training.
The overall purpose of your role is to support their members by liaising with their technology
supplier to develop and enhance the system through knowledge growth.
Role & Responsibility:
Provide remote support for their members, including diagnosis of issues raised.
Build a strong relationship with their technology supplier.
Assisted in the management of the system and tested and evaluated new technology.
Support the roll-out of new developments & applications.
Develop and maintain system training guides.
Provide Training both remotely and on-site.
Manage a varied workload, which can quickly change focus.
Drive change and improve processes through knowledge growth.
To be successful in this role, you would have experience of…
Providing operational support in technology environments.
Delivering Training.
Building relationships with business partners/suppliers by phone/email/face-to-face.
Able to comfortably liaise with business members and address their needs.
Working with the leisure/business travel sector.
Producing documentation.
Working with a variety of systems, including CRM’s and financial front & back-office
systems.
Having worked with Vertical Systems [VHUB, VCRM and VTARSC] (preferential).
